He has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company, The Globe, and the Young Vic Theatre over a 30+ year career. His film credits include The Wind that Shakes the Barley (2006), Children of Men (2006), Les Misérables (2012), and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (2016). On television he has appeared in The Hollow Crown, Peaky Blinders, Professor T (5 episodes), and The Winter King (2023). In theatre he has performed as Tybalt, Buckingham, and Macduff at the RSC, and in the West End in Under the Black Rock (2023).
